1:1 Personal Training

Come to my gym and learn how to work out with programs that are generated for you. We’ll find a balance of workouts that you enjoy and I’ll make sure you are doing the movements properly. 

It’s easy-going, but I will push you outside of your comfort zone with positive encouragement in order to get you to your fitness goals.

  • 12-Week Fitness Program - $300
  • 60 Minute, 1:1 Personal Training - $60
  • 30 Minute, 1:1 Personal Training - $35

Online Fitness Training

Have workout plans at your fingertips with a remote coaching app you can use at home or at the gym.

A variety of programs are available including free weights, functional fitness, machines only, cardio only, home workouts with no equipment, etc. Every workout has movement.
  • Monthly App & Coaching - $125 Monthly
