If you are used to tracking your food or want to try it, this option uses the power of tracking for weight loss/gain, muscle gain, maintenance and promoting other healthy habits.

Every 2-4 weeks, I’ll make suggestions as to what your macro breakdown should be based on progress.

All you need is the app, a simple kitchen scale, a measuring cup and a tablespoon.
