Looking for some new fat burning workouts? Give these a try!

Give these workouts a try:

    1. Workout #1:
      40 Alternating lunges
      35 Burpees
      30 Bodyweight squats
      25 Push-ups
      20 Sit-ups
      15 Dips
      10 Leg raises
      (Go through this list twice if you’re not a beginner)
    1. Workout #2: 2 ROUNDS
      :45 work/:45 rest

      Wall sit
      Jumping jacks
      Glute bridges
      Russian twists

  1. Workout #3: Tabatas
    :20 work/:10 rest x 8 rounds = 4 minutes of work

    1-Alternate Jumping squats and mountain climbers every other round
    :rest 1 min:
    2-Alternate hollow body hold and superman hold every other round
    :rest 1 min:
    3-Alternate burpees and reverse lunges every other round
